Basically, in the last Sobremesa I included the wrong link for the Youtube video of the week… Ups.

So here’s the good one! This weeks vid is different… It’s just me rambling about why amateur home-cooks struggle with recreating recipes. If you enjoy reading my stuff in La Sobremesa, I think this video is kinda your vibe.
